Somewhat official bio:

For over 30 years Eric has been helping solve IT problems. He founded a break/fix consultancy as well as a managed services practice. He also served as COO and CIO for two manufacturing companies. In 2013 he joined the vendor side of the channel to run a global sales engineering team and a sales team for GFI/LogicNow. When LogicNow was acquired by SolarWinds, now N-able, in 2016 he became one of the inaugural four SolarWinds Head Nerds. He is currently Director of Partner Engagement at Egnyte, a global file sharing and data security company. He also serves on the Executive Council for the North American Community and Vice-Chair of the Managed Services Committee at CompTIA. In his spare time, he runs the All Things/MSP Facebook Group and creates video content for MSPs on YouTube.
