Week One Posted: Move from Break/Fix to Managed Service

Move From Bf To Ms By Kp

Week One of the mini class is posted!

Move from BF to MS by KPWeek One of Moving from BF to MS covers “Setting Up The Problem.” We talk about misconceptions – by clients, prospects, and managed service providers.

We also set the stage for the hardest part of the argument against managed services: You’re already a good technician, giving the client everything they think they need.

And we cover the math on break/fix vs. managed services. Basically, you are severely limited in your earning potential when you trade dollars for hours.

The stage is set for next week: Creating a Maintenance Program that makes people fall in love with your service . . . and gets them hooked on preventive maintenance like crack cocaine!
