Update Payment Details
Learn how to change your bank account or credit card associated with your recurring membership fees.
These instructions are specifically for memberships using our Stripe payment processor option (credit card or bank account). If you’re using PayPal, please use the PayPal instructions instead.

Make sure you're logged in at https://www.smallbizthoughts.org

Go to your profile menu > Membership > Subscriptions

Scroll to the right and select Update on your current membership

Update your credentials and click submit.

If you're updating your payment credentials due to failed payment, please send us a message at [email protected] so we can help ensure your membership is successfully renewed.
