Week One was all about “where you are” and why you have to make the move in order to break out of an income limiting business model.
Week Two is about setting up maintenance plans and moving clients to a system of paying you every month. Basically, you’re weaning them onto maintenance so you can wean them over to paying for it with a flat fee.
Week Three is about making the final pitch, and includes specific examples of the excel spreadsheets and sales pitch you’ll use to move those former B/F clients to Maintenance-Loving Managed Service clients.
